Most tech projects don’t fail during development.
They fail before development even begins.
After working with 5000+ clients at Walstar Technologies Pvt. Ltd, I’ve noticed a pattern:
Founders come with:
“We need a website / app”
But they don’t have:
- Clear problem definition
- Defined user journey
- Business goal behind the product
So what happens?
The team builds exactly what was asked.
But not what was actually needed.
And 3 months later…
“This is not working”
Here’s the truth:
Technology doesn’t fail.
Clarity fails.
Before writing a single line of code, we now ask clients:
- What problem are you solving?
- Who exactly is your user?
- How will this product make money or save cost?
Because:
A clear idea = scalable product
A vague idea = expensive mistake
If you’re planning to build something, start with clarity.
DM “CLARITY I’ll share a simple framework we use with founders.
